Positive: The place was clean and in good maintenance state
Negative: The description says "shared kitchen" but the kitchen was not available to us for dinner. The owner explained that the kitchen is only available for breakfast, but this is not specified in the posting and in that case it would have been enough to put "breakfast included" since we could not use the kitchen at all (during breakfast the owner was serving us). They anyway let us have dinner there offering to cook our food in the kitchen upstairs, and we appreciated that, but they claimed we were at fault because the kitchen is not included in the service.
Summary: Nice place but post to be corrected. No shared kitchen available
